Position Summary
We are seeking a high-energy, motivated Partner Success Manager to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team. Your
role will be focused on both acquiring new MSP partners and serving the existing TruNorth Dynamics MSP partner base
by developing them into longer-term, satisfied partners. This will be accomplished by communicating to and training the
MSP partners to have the knowledge and confidence to refer their clients with Microsoft Dynamics 365 needs to our
team. You will be pivotal in creating new business opportunities by serving as the first point of contact for many MSP
client opportunities and be the first to introduce our innovative, holistic approach to prospects.

Key Responsibilities
- Grow and maintain relationships with MSP partners to help uncover opportunities for Microsoft Dynamics
implementations within their client base through networking and traveling to events. - Provide support and guidance to partners throughout the sales process of Dynamics solutions and continuously
look for ways to improve the partnership and increase revenue. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of Dynamics solutions throughout the
entire project timeline. - Cultivate strong relationships with existing and new MSP partners by actively listening to their clients’ needs,
addressing their inquiries, and provide resources to uncover solutions to their clients’ problems by working with
our team’s Solution Architects. - Fully manage the sales cycle of an identified opportunity from discovery to close.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards the sale’s close using
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.

- Proven record of accomplishment as an Account Manager or similar role.
- Effective communication skills including verbal, written, listening and presentation skills.
- Interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own workload.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Ability to develop compelling value propositions to take to your opportunities.
- Effective organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills

Education and Experience
- Experience managing accounts preferred
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience a plus
