Position Summary
We are seeking a high-energy, motivated Client Success Manager to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team. Your role will be focused on current business prospects and transforming them into longer-term, satisfied clients. You will be pivotal in creating new business opportunities within the existing client base, introducing our innovative, holistic approach to prospects, and driving our growth. If you have a knack for navigating the complex business needs of diverse organizations and translating them into solutions, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact existing client base, conduct client meetings, and drive the sales process to acquire new business within existing pipeline.
- Conduct engaging discovery calls with existing clients to evaluate their needs and follow-up in a timely manner.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients by actively listening to their needs, addressing their inquiries, and providing tailored solutions to their problems by working with our team’s Solution Architects.
- Manage your opportunities from pursuit to closure, and lead pricing discussions with clients.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards the sale’s close using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.
- Work closely with our technical teams to ensure the proposed solution not only meets but exceeds the prospect’s expectations.
- Own 3rd party relationships, including but not limited to:
- Maintaining existing vendor agreements, including:
- Regular communication with TruNorth Dynamic’s account representative,
- Signing vendor agreements on behalf of the company and,
- Work with Operations Coordinator to maintain records of all vendor agreements;
- Negotiating with the vendor when necessary to ensure appropriate margins can be charged on all products resold by TruNorth Dynamics; and
- Performing vendor evaluations on prospective 3rd parties prior to offering their products to clients in accordance with internal procedures.
- Maintaining existing vendor agreements, including:
- Assist with the client renewal process and work with the Operations Coordinator to complete all renewal-related tasks, including but not limited to:
- Working with clients to determine their needs/desires related to renewing software subscriptions;
- Working and/or negotiating with the vendor on behalf of the company to obtain pricing, placing orders, etc.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proven record of accomplishment as an Account Manager or similar role.
- Effective communication skills including verbal, written, listening and presentation skills.
- Interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own workload.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Ability to develop compelling value propositions to take to your opportunities.
- Effective organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
- A competitive spirit with an urge to succeed on the individual and team level.
- Self-motivation and driven. You will be responsible for managing your own workload and meeting targets, so the ability to stay focused and productive is vital.
- A supportive teammate. You are willing to work together with other departments to solve problems and find new solutions.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills to manage a growing portfolio of clients and opportunities.

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience a plus
