We’re looking for a Business Central Lead Consultant / Solution Architect who’s as comfortable designing solutions as they are mentoring others, leading projects, and engaging directly with clients. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our ERP practice while doing meaningful work every day.
Salary
$105,000-125,000 ; DOE
What You’ll Do
- Lead Full Lifecycle Implementations: Be the go-to for Business Central projects—managing from discovery through go-live with precision and empathy.
- Architect Smart Solutions: Turn business problems into powerful BC solutions across financials, manufacturing, and operations.
- Be the Strategic Advisor: Serve as a trusted voice to our clients, guiding them through decisions and helping maximize their investment.
- Design for Today and Tomorrow: Recommend ISVs, custom extensions, and best-fit solutions that balance functionality, cost, and maintainability.
- Mentor and Coach: Help other ERP consultants grow by reviewing solutions, offering feedback, and setting delivery standards.
- Host and Evangelize: Lead webinars, bootcamps, and demos to showcase the power of BC—and the strength of our team.
- Support Sales & Scoping: Lead discovery sessions and solution design for new prospects and current clients.
What You Bring
- 7+ years of D365 Business Central (or NAV) implementation experience
- Strong functional chops in accounting (must-have), with manufacturing as a bonus
- Confident communicator in client-facing situations
- Mastery of BC administration and functional configuration
- Insight into the BC ISV ecosystem and third-party integrations
- Experience collaborating with developers and tech teams
- Microsoft BC Functional Certification (nice to have)
