Position Summary
We are seeking a high-energy, motivated Partner Success Manager (PSM) to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team. This role is both a sales and relationship management position, responsible for driving revenue by working closely with our Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners. The PSM will not only cultivate and strengthen MSP relationships but also own the sales process for leads referred by MSP partners, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to deal closure. As the first point of contact for many MSP-referred opportunities, you will play a critical role in identifying client needs, introducing our Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, and driving sales forward. You will be expected to actively prospect, qualify, and close deals while also providing guidance and enablement to MSPs to increase their referral activity. - Drive sales by owning the full sales cycle of MSP-referred leads, from initial qualification to close.
- Grow and maintain relationships with MSP partners to identify client opportunities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Provide sales guidance and enablement to MSP partners, equipping them with the knowledge and confidence to refer clients effectively.
- Actively prospect and qualify opportunities within the MSP partner ecosystem.
- Lead discovery conversations with MSPs and their clients to uncover business challenges and position our solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales and solution architecture teams to develop compelling proposals that drive deals forward.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and partner interactions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to increase MSP partner engagement and generate new business.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proven success in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
- Strong ability to prospect, qualify, and close deals while maintaining long-term partner relationships.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to present solutions confidently to MSP partners and their clients.
- Goal-oriented and competitive mindset, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization.
- Self-motivated and proactive in driving both partner engagement and deal progression.
- Collaborative team player who can work effectively with sales, marketing, and technical teams.
- Experience using CRM tools (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales) to track pipeline activity and forecast revenue.
