Position Summary

General Job Description

This position is responsible for providing a positive customer service experience to our customers.  You will be asked to deliver top-notch CRM solutions to our clients, ensuring seamless integration, customization, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.  We offer the ability to work remotely, with a team that believes in collaboration, open communication, and supporting each other in achieving individual and company goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Requirement Analysis:
    1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
    2. Conduct comprehensive requirements analysis to determine the most effective Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Customization and Configuration:
    1. Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE to meet client-specific requirements.
    2. Design and implement custom entities, workflows, business rules, and other CRM components.
  • Integration:
    1. Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with other business applications and third-party systems.
    2. Ensure data integrity and smooth data flow between different platforms.
  • Development:
    1. Develop custom code, scripts, and extensions to enhance Dynamics 365 CE functionality.
    2. Implement solutions using C#, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
  • Training and Support:
    1. Provide end-user training on Dynamics 365 CE features and functionalities.
    2. Offer ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for client’s post-implementation.
  • Quality Assurance:
    1. Conduct thorough testing of customized solutions to ensure quality and reliability.
    2. Perform system audits and recommend improvements to optimize performance.
  • Documentation:
    1. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for configurations and customizations.
    2. Generate reports and insights for clients on system performance and usage.

Qualifications for the Job

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Active Directory, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Event Hubs a plus
  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Technical Consultant.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE architecture and capabilities.
  • Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Power Platform Certification a plus.


  • $100,000-$150,000 Depending on Experience
